Forum posts at the surpass forums, when accessible, and at WebHosting Talk suggested that there was a DNS issue with thier regisrtrar, ENOM.
Someone with HostDime posted the following statement to describe the situation:
“As some of our clients have observed, we are having issues on our registrar side which has affected our family of websites and some client websites which may have domain registration services through us. This is a security concern which we are currently working on with our partners to resolve as soon as possible, and have been working on for the last few hours. Some of our clients may notice their websites being down at this time or pointing to a different location, but rest assured we are working are on this and treating this with great urgency. We will update everyone as soon as possible.”
Hopefully, they will get this resolved soon.
